Privacy Policy

OHKO is built to need as little personal data as possible. You never give us your name or email address to play.

1. What we collect

Your public wallet address after you sign in with it, plus your match records (formats, results, stakes and replays). Most of this is already public on the Solana blockchain.

Technical data: your IP address and request logs, used to run the service, prevent abuse and enforce rate limits.

2. Cookies and local storage

After you sign in, we set one short-lived, httpOnly session cookie. Your theme and sound preferences are stored in your browser's local storage. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. How we use it

To run battles, settle matches, show leaderboards, profiles and replays, and to detect cheating, collusion and abuse. We do not sell your data.

4. Public information

Replays, leaderboards and profiles are public, and so are on-chain transactions. Anything written to the blockchain cannot be deleted by us or by anyone else.

5. Retention

Request logs are kept for up to 30 days. Match records and replays are kept so that results stay verifiable. Responsible-play settings such as self-exclusion are kept for as long as they are in force.

6. Your choices

You can clear your preferences in your browser at any time. You can ask us to remove off-chain profile data that is not needed to keep match results verifiable.
