DevnetTest network: tokens have no real value. What this means

Terms of Use

Last updated November 3, 2026

These terms apply to everyone who uses OHKO. By connecting a wallet or playing a battle, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use OHKO.

1. The service

OHKO is a skill-based battle platform. Two players may each lock a stake in an on-chain escrow program, play a monster battle on our server, and the program pays the winner after our referee reports the result.

OHKO currently runs only on the Solana devnet test network. Devnet tokens, including devnet SOL, mock USDC and devnet $OHKO, have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for anything.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and you must confirm this before your first staked match.

You may not use OHKO where skill-based staking games are prohibited, or if you are subject to sanctions. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

3. Wallets and transactions

OHKO never holds your private keys. You sign every transaction in your own wallet, and you are responsible for keeping your wallet secure.

Blockchain transactions are final. Network fees are set by Solana, not by OHKO. Before signing, always check what your wallet shows you.

4. Fees and payouts

OHKO takes a fee (rake) only from the winner's payout on staked matches. Rates, discounts and splits are stored in the on-chain program configuration and published on the Fees section and in the docs. The program caps the rake at 10%.

Draws, mutual timeouts and matches cancelled before an opponent joins are refunded in full with no fee. If our referee does not settle a match before its deadline, anyone can trigger a full on-chain refund.

5. Fair play

Do not use bots, automation, multiple accounts to play yourself, collusion, chip dumping, or exploits. Battle randomness is committed on-chain before every staked match and can be re-verified afterwards.

We may mute, restrict, freeze queue access for, or ban wallets that break these rules. Admin actions are logged.

6. Game data and third-party software

Battles are simulated with the open-source Showdown battle engine and its data packages, used under their licences. Monster names and game data belong to their respective owners. OHKO is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

7. No warranty and limitation of liability

OHKO is provided “as is” during this test phase, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by wallets, networks or third-party services.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use OHKO after a change means you accept the new terms.
